I don't understand why anyone would sell it for one year of earnings or why some people thin that's a fair value.
That means whoever buys it will make a 100% profit on their capital every year... stocks are considered cheap when they are selling for 10 times earnings...
in the end it will depend on how sustainable it is, how much grow potential it has and on the work involved
