buying traffic is shitty. the traffic is just not productive as the sites the traffic comes from use keywords like "free", so people getting to your site don´t have any intention to subscribe to anything.
out of all the traffic brokers out there choker traffic is the best one imo, but you´d better learn how to drive free traffic to your webpage. (check sig)
