In my eyes, the only reason he's being locked up is because some uptight, Florida citizens think their personal views represent what is best for the nation as a whole.
Absolutely fucking ridiculous. Even after the trial, some jury members admitted to caving in to the pressure of other jurors who just wanted him locked up because they found him offensive.
So to the jury that found him guilty on all counts, screw you you spineless fucks.

I imagine that it was clear certain jury members were not going to stop the deliberations until they got a guilty verdict- their resolve to get that verdict was greater than the people who thought he was innocent. The people who thought he was innocent probably didnt want to sit there until the judge calls it a hung jury (or whatever it is called when the jury is hung).
