per merchant account? And buying tons of Merchant accounts does not totally work. Once a portion fail the banks fold on the lot. Just ask XPICS. So buying a million bucks worth of merchant accounts does not appear to gurantee much. Unless of course they are strapped in different bundles to different banks under different company names.
Might have been better to just buy a bank!
