Your response makes no sense, a parent is a parent.

You say over 20 because you live in a society or circle which dictates your opinions on issues such as pregnancy. Generally speaking, your body is ready to have children by the time you are 16. Studies have also shown that having children at a younger age (when your body is matured obviously) is safer and results in healthier offspring than having children later in life (ie late thirties or older).
