They are saying they're not able to do it via that port. Say it's common for hosts to use custom ports to fight hackers. You can ICQ me if necessary.

Then it can be any number ( 4589, 1458, etc ... ).
You can try to use a sniffer to find out what port is YOUR server using, but if you have a firewall running, you could get blocked . Use proxies for that.
