1. The biggest economy in the World
2. The most competitive one too
3. Unmached military power
4. Bush is on his way out
so stocks are falling and the economy isn't looking too bright, boo-hoo, IMF is not even predictiog a recession fr the US weconomy for 2009, very tiny growth but still a growth, it won't be easy in the next few months (or even a few years) but in the long run things don't look that bad
