Juicy,

A Recession is defined as two back to back quarters of negative growth. I am not denying that the country is in for some hard times but technically you can not call it a recession yet. Further more as a young adult, I find that these times are going to be easier for the young with no investments then the people who seem to have investments.

Let me explain.

Right now I am currently living with my girlfriend and we share a combined income. We currently rent, and are currently both paying off our cars. In two years both our cars will be payed off, and the only real expense that we will be paying is rent.

For us these past few months have gotten easier for us. Gas is going down, things are becoming cheaper to buy, rent has gone down, and sure enough the house market is finally affordable for someone like her and I.

So we will see what happens.
