Add this thread to her case and it changes everything, its nothing to do with trademark and the name and use is similar enough for the case to be considered ... he has admitted to sitting on the domain and clearly explained how its a typo of her name. This would be one of those excellent chances for an internet celebrity to get free global publicity ... if I was Tera, I'd be going for historical revenue AND handover of the domain. If she loses, she'll still get enough publicity to pay the legal bills.
I'd love to see her persue this and the domain be handed over with no $ changing hands.
