Puremeds is playing with fire in my opinion. At least if you claim to give away a free bottle, state clearly on the order form that you will be rebilling the customer and not hiding it in the terms. Also in the terms, there is no mention of how much they will actually be rebilled for.
Learn from the past. If i remember correctly such practices brought down many companies and there were a few in the PE industry that were sued.
