If you do share the expenses of content production, who will have the rights to that content at the end of the contract? Her? You? Shared?
Many companies will handle the content production for the model. She just needs to show up, do her thing, and participate in the website (cam shows, emails, journal, etc.) as required and she gets her %.
Since you don't have any resources other than your time, seems to me all that's going to fall into her lap. That's good if she's responsible and can afford it. Not good if she's a flake.
An important thing when it comes to marketing - is she willing to do appearances at trade shows or other events? Her doing that type of stuff really has a positive impact on the site (if she's cool of course). Obviously that's not something you can do.
Some people may say doing appearances isn't necessary, but I disagree. That type of traditional marketing still has great value. It helps build that relationship with fans with an added layer of interaction beyond what they get on her website.
Plus, just imagine if she was at a trade show in Vegas, got her picture taken with some main stream celebrity, and the photo ended up on TMZ (for better or worse)???
Thanks!
