FYI, there has been 242 vetos in the UN, so the fact that France wants to use theirs is just a legal process.
The country that has used it's veto the most is the USA. Yeah, The good old US of A...
Not everybody is brain dead, so some people have different opinions, and it's expression is protected by your own First Amendment.... Maybe it has been written by a terrorist also....
