If you look through the history of posts Evan has made - there are a bunch of domains that he's sold that I found surprising. Fact is, he sold them.
Common sense dictates what fuzebox said to be the most important factor ... even if you think somone has to have NO SENSE to buy this domain at this price
I've said this before and i'll reiterate ... I owned Gifts4Kids.com for 5 years and sold it for 5K with no traffic. The guy thought it was HIS perfect name since he and his wife sold stuff for kids on Ebay.
