Please excuse my ignorance on this group, but is this a mostly black organization?

EVERY SINGLE clip I have seen on TV about ACORN is of black people or of a black person saying he was paid to register multiple times.

Whats the word on this? Are they just scamming black folk or did they outsource jobs to Nigeria?
