I did it once to a girl I was dating for awhile when I was pretty drunk without warning. The expression on her face was priceless.
It did nothing for me, but cause me to get a cramp in my leg pulling out and getting to her face in-time from a missionary position. I guess I wouldn't make for a good pornstar.
