Um because it is not voter fraud, it is voter registration fraud. Signing up john doe to vote does not help anyone aside from the person who signed him up. They can not vote, will not vote, and will be removed from the registrar anyways by the county or state.
Fucking with the machines = voter fraud.
Telling people that if they have warrants they will be arrested if they vote = fraud.
Sending flyer's claiming if you have parking tickets you cant vote = fraud.
Fucking with the ballots = fraud.
Having a bunch of cops with guns standing in front of polling place = fraud.
So forth.
Minimum wage workers with quotas or those on commissions who are to lazy to get real registrations who make up ones, is fraud to the company that hires them. Not voter fraud.
