Watch your diet you might be taking on too many carbs but since it's a lot cooler now your metabolism isn't as aggressive. It's natural to change your diet with the seasons. Try to cut down on starches and add some fruit to your diet. Oh, exercise helps too - it is a perfect time to start working on that beach body for the next summer.
