It is always acceptable to kill innocent people as long as you are trying to kill bad people. It is ok to drop bombs or shoot missles as long as there is at least one bad guy there. It is ok to shoot through an innocent person as long as the bullet eventually hits a bad person.
The terrorists are to blame because they refuse to stand and wait out in open fields or vacant lots or terrorist training camps. If innocent civialians don't want to be killed, they should know better than to allow a terrorist to be in the same building. If innocent children don't want to be killed, they should have known better than to be born into a "terrorist" or islamic nation.
The american military is forced to attack innocent civilians because terrorists choose to visit markets and restaurants and banks and schools and public buildings and use public roads and walk in public places. Terrorists should only live in isolated areas where only terrorists live.
