The gov't is not going to give a fuck about porn piracy. They want porn to die. Mainstream entertainment have a lot better chance to fight piracy than porn.
I could be wrong, but I doubt very much there is a case out there where the FBI or gov't is fight porn piracy. I'm sure there are some lawyer working for a company suing a site for porn piracy, but never a case that I'm aware of where gov't work to shut down a porn piracy site.
