My "back up to where and why?" comment was to make you think about what police can make you do and if it is lawful under the constitution for them to do so.
They could make you back up all the way to your house and keep you sitting on your couch if you don't stand up to them some time.

I contend that we are both an atheist. I just belive in one fewer god than you do. When you understand why you dismiss all the other possible gods, you will understand why I dismiss yours.
