No, some foreign films really are very good. That's not the point. It's that to many people a good film has to be foreign. It has to have sub titles and it has to be in black and white or have some girl sobbing.
There are some foreign films that are very very good, but that doesn't mean that every Hollywood movie is a piece of crap. It also doesn't mean that anything with a sub title is a work of art.

Again, I said right in my post that most of the art in a museum can truly be considered a masterpiece but there's also a lot that is simply paint on a canvas... and it sells for hundreds of thousands, if not millions.
I said quite clearly in my posts that I didn't think that of all films nor works of art. Please don't read into it any more than what I say or else I'll add you to my list
