Right.. most people's wallets are full of cards that say visa or mastercard on them that aren't tied to any credit line. I'm not sure I see the logic here.
...except maybe for Canadians, their bank debit cards aren't visa/mc types, so if they can't get a credit card, then it's no visa/mc in their wallet. I dunno why more people don't have options for Canadians without credit, like Canadian online checks or Interac Online. It's a big market up there.
