I made the kids favorites tonight. I cooked them Rice Pilaf, Peas and cornbread, and Braised Chicken.
This is some of the best chicken I have ever had, just pan fry the chicken, no oil or anything, brown it on both sides fast and then turn it down and put a glaze on it and cook it in that for an hour on medium low. The glaze has soy sauce, dijon mustard, brown sugar, red wine vinegar, garlic and water. Once the chick is done, pull it out and thicken up the glaze on medium high heat and pour it over the chicken. It's so amazing.
