I meant to say you have NO real leverage or power. Meaning that they may not pay you or they can pay you very little and you can take it or leave it.
For price, honestly I couldn't tell you for what you have. Everything I sell is very niche based or gay so I only know those prices. In addition, it's going to come down to how well you can negotiate and how good your content really is.
If I read another post of yours correctly, you want to sell this to a guy in another country? That screams bad news if you are selling on a per unit basis. Just sell him DVD rights to that country for $2000 or so. Unless he pays in advance I would not expect to ever see a penny of any movies you ship to another country.
