I adore these types of projects. Where the client knows exactly want they want and can often times provide examples. I am without a doubt positive I can make you 100% happy. I don't have a huge adult design portfolio (I work in the adult business but design a lot more vanilla sites). I'm quick, reliable, and love what I do. But if you want to give me a chance with a single project to start out with a go from there I'd be fine with that.
