Playboy need to push onto the Internet harder, why embarrassingly buy a mag when you can privately log into and buy access to a site.
They also need to strengthen the brand with some more BIG reality TV shows... Worldwide search for the next big bunny, get everyone involved, make it an event, leverage the brand...
Push to getting celebrities in the mags/on the net...

PUSH the merchandise more... For some reason girls like to buy into being "sluts"... Capitalize on it more.
Stick to the very highest quality women - girls you can't find everyday on the net... PERFECT women... and celebrities (I hate celebs - but they get attention).
