I wanted to give the affiliate benefit of a doubt and it was mainly to draw the affiliate's attention to the problem, since they did not reply to complaint emails. Suspension would have come in only one more week. I think it's fair to give everyone a chance to straighten things up.

Further, 403 errors are caused in NY and NJ, that's it. This is done for some pretty obvious reasons. If you feel you need to pull the program because we protect our models, then so be it. We can release single IPS from these areas if needs be. So if you are an affiliate and have a problem, we can always release your IP.
