A shave is a shave -- you don't shave affiliates EVER. Are you now suspending his account because he took offense to your shaving him? That's bullshit. Thought suspension wasn't scheduled until tomorrow? I know Bods and he's honest as the day is long, so if you sent emails to him they weren't received.
Did you try contacting Bods on AIM (he is easily reached) because it seems to me after these 5 years you might have attempted other methods of communication too. I hope you refund his sales and straighten this out quickly. You have a good program and you produce high quality regularly updating websites. You should be an example in this industry of what to do, not an example of what not to do...
Btw, you should have a TOS because us small webmasters often get our promo from bigger sites because your last Ann Angel promo was mid August? Even us small webbies like to look fresh with the big boys and I could be in violation myself of these unposted TOS and not know it and get shaved.
