Yes they do. If you are a big client/customer of pretty much any type of business, they will extend you certain "perks". If you run a factory and you are having problems with your electric bill... you aren't just going to get cut off, there will be meetings and mediations and all sorts of crap. Businesses do not like to piss off loyal and/or big customers, they will bend over backwards to try to make them happy, accommodate their needs, and work things out.

Special treatment exists... it's what makes the world go round.
