I don't usually post any responses to appraisals in domain threads cuz in selling my own domains for years I have figured out that a domain is worth exactly what somebody is willing to pay for it, regardless of what others appraise at, high or low.
BUT, that said, here's some friendly advice for you that you can take or leave:
Always try and make sure the plural version of the domain isn't readily available before pricing (and vice versa), which in this case would be a bit more desirable than just "tape". The 3 words in the name will make it a lot harder to get good $ for than if it were "sextapes.com" "sextape.com", "websex.com" and so on. You may be able to get $25 for it but that is probably all.
