Overall, I think you're off to a nice start. But, to me things seem a bit disorganized.
When I first look at your site, I really had no idea what to do, nor what I was looking at. Petite Kittens?? Huh? How about putting a slogan beneath it like "your source for naked teen girls" so people know immediately what the site's about.
Now I don't know how many of those 66x100 thumbnails are for sponsors or for traffic, but damn there's a lot. The issue here, to me, is your primary content is getting pushed too far down the page. I see this and think "oh boy, another one of those links sites that's just going to send me on this endless circle jerk".
You know your surfers habits better than I do, but for me, I want to see what YOU got. If you don't have what I'm looking for, THEN I'll start clicking on the links.
2 things I'm getting at: (1) get YOUR primary content further up on the page by condensing these links (have 10 spots and cycle them through the ten spots?) and (2) break them apart visually by putting them in boxes (like
www.freeones.com) or with horizontal/vertical rules. Maybe even put little headers like "hot girls of the moment" or something like that. This will actually make the page look even less cluttered and will help guide the surfers eyes where you want them to look.
I would also move your categories to the top of the right column and make them stand out more. Navigating around your site is critical and burying them in a bunch of links and ads is confusing. Wouldn't you rather have people stick around on YOUR site to see what YOU'RE offering as opposed to going somewhere else?
And, wow, that page is mighty long. I get that the home page is critical and it's the best place to feature things, but with soooo much stuff don't you think you're diluting your efforts? I guess I'm getting old, but I don't get this trend of mile long pages with so much stuff on them. I get lost
I would trim that down or at least break it up into smaller, more digestible sections.
So, lemme guess, you're optimizing the site for teen? Teen Girls? Naked teen girls?

Well don't beat me over the head with it. When I read your descriptions nothing about it reads naturally. I would bet your keyword density is through the roof, which is not good for the search engines. Your text should read naturally.
Read your first paragraph and tell me if that sounds normal. With all the content you have on the page, there's no reason for that paragraph to read that way. If I can tell what you're doing by just reading it, you KNOW the search engines do too.
Plus your keywords in the meta tag aren't matching up. You don't even have "naked teen girls" in there, but it's everywhere in your content.
Also, you listed a bunch of links (your categories) and I'm questioning those URL's. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't it be better if they looked like this:
http://www.petitekittens.com/cute-brunette-teens
From a organizational standpoint, your paths are unnecessarily deep.
mona_klixxx hit the nail on the head - create additional pages where you can target additional keywords. This way you can focus your traffic directly to what people are looking for instead of trying to grab it all on your home page. Your home page should be your more general keywords, and each additional page should be more and more refined.
Just my 2cents...well, more like $5!
