You might need to rethink your offer, consider this...
Cash load of $500 via epass = $25 in fees
Receipt of $500+ via PP = some percentage (let's say 3% or about $15)
If you offer $520 that ends up being a net loss to the person doing the exchange for you... even if they had the money in epass through a cheaper load (eg a sponsor payout) the PP receiving fees will still cost $.
