A 2nd one which you can't opt-out off. Which will include anything the gov or the Christian right believe are bad for you to judge as an adult. Such sites as pro-anorexia, pro-suicide, right to die sites, and so on.
Isp's have already came out and said they will pass on any costs to their customers involved with the maintenance of this server side blocking bollocks, so it's a load of wank imo."
