Years ago the cops interrupted a shoot we did in a motel up north. It actually wasn't the noise that attracted them but rather the model's suspicious looking boyfriend parked outside. Anyway, it went down very much like the deal you described. The cops huddled, decided that we weren't breaking any laws and then laughed the whole thing off.
Of course a Florida sheriff might see things a bit differently.
Is it really worse down there
now than it was back in the 90's?
