Sex Slaves in United State

Some historians believe that the United States is becoming a major place for sex trafficking, and it is growing at a high rate. Woman from all over the world are held captive in neighborhoods around the United State. These women who were brought here to allegedly better life were abused and made to work as prostitutes. It is believed that most of these victims come from South and Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America and Africa. State Department estimated that there is 30,000 to 50,000 sex slaves in captivity. And that there is 18,000 to 20,000 female trafficked into United States every year. Most of these women are uneducated, young, and from poor backgrounds, are smuggled into the country to serve as sex slave. Most are forced to serve several men a day, or as many as the owner wants to.
Atlanta which is known to be one of the states with the highest sex trafficking, there are many major raids in that city. In one case where the police raided one of these houses where the sex slaves were held, they told the police that these traffickers would beat them with belts, baseball bats, two coat hangers wrapped together if they didn?t follow the rules. They were also forced to have sex with each other?s, while the traffickers looked. They held juveniles, and forced them into prostitution. The huge sex industry in the United States creates a demand for sex trafficking. As the demand seeks new girls, the traffickers try to provide them. There are also individuals who enslave these women who they meet in magazine ads. For example Roman Isralov from New York met this girl from ad in a magazine, when this 20-year-old woman from Russia came over, this man enslaved her, raped, and sexually abused her, and he was trying to sell her. But luckily the neighbors notified the police and arrested this man. In another case this lawyer in Pennsylvania met a Honduran woman through a magazine ad, he ended up imprisoning this woman and raping her.
In a police raid in New York City police expect to find girls working illegally in a underground brothel, but what they found was girls from the age of 14 to 17, all Mexican nationals without documentation were not prostitutes but they were sex slaves. They were being held Captive working without profit. What the police found was ?squalid, land-based equivalent of a 19th-century slave ship, with rancid, doorless bathrooms; bare, putrid mattresses; and a stash of penicillin, ''morning after'' pills and misoprostol, an antiulcer medication that can induce abortion.? The girls were pale, exhausted and malnourished. It is believed that there are hundred of these kind of apartments in major cities such as Los Angeles, Atlanta and Chicago. If these girls try to escape they are often beaten and sometimes killed.
There are 15 major trafficking organization with 120 associate who are involved in the sex trafficking. They are like the Italian Mafia, based on family hierarchy. The father controls the money and organization, the son and male cousins hunt, kidnap and entrap victims. The male kids are taken out of school at the age of 12 and are given girls their own age to rape and pimp. They go to where under age girls gather, and work and socialize. They pretend to be the girls prospective lover, buying her meals, deserts, and other gifts, and even promising marriage with her. They then tells her rumor of America, the promise of a good Job and School. Once the girl agrees to come, which it always has been her dream to come to America. Once she's alone, he will beat her, drug her and forced her into the waiting car. Most of the times, if there is any witness they won't call the police. As the police are involve in this too, getting bribe from these groups.
