I just checked out Cam4 and thought it sucked. Stickam is geared toward kids...get naked on there and they threaten legal action (corruption of minors, etc.). Other than that, I know of broadcaster.com (used to be good, crashed hard, and is slowly making a comeback), person.com (which works as a cam-based IM system, with searchable "online now" lists), janelovesdick.com and adultspace.com.
Person.com is flooded with Philipinne girls looking for marriage or directing you to a pay to join cam site. JaneLovesDick and AdultSpace both have their share of hot chicks, gay guys, and ugly girls.
Not that I speak from experience with any of these places....
EDIT: All of the sites I mentioned are amateur girls, not professional models.
