I too doubt that there's any secret plan to be had, not a simple one anyway
I suspect that it's more about doing a whole bunch of little things well and refining your strategy over time.
My point is that so few of the criticisms that appear in this thread and other GFY threads are constructive. Doesn't anyone have anything constructive to contribute?
