I agree Paul Markham and his licensees or assignees can use the above mentioned photographs/video either separately or together, either wholly or in part, in any way you wish and in any medium.
I agree that as long as my real name is not used, the above mentioned photographs/video or reproductions shall be deemed to represent any imaginary person and agree that you or any person authorised by you may use the above mentioned photographs/videos or reproductions of them for any purpose, including the illustrating of any wording which may be required, so long as my name is not used.
I also promise not to prosecute or institute any proceedings, claims or demands against you or your licensees in respect of any usage of the above mentioned photographs/videos.
I agree that the above mentioned fee is full and final payment for copyright and work done. Also, as a freelance self employed model that I am responsible for any tax due and that it is my responsibility and will be paid by myself.
