Thanks for your replies. I need to get it up and running ASAP, so it's looking like I'll need another host as mine cannot be phoned or contacted electronically; they are not answering.
I paid in advance for 1 year, for a powerful package, but I was still well within the limits. I have 6 months left that I've paid for unyet they are saying my credit card didn't bill and that I've been using too much CPU. They never asked for more money and I was well within my limits, why don't these people communicate first? My website is dying and I'm desperately need a solution! Can I get compensation from the current company as I'm losing sales and my site is being damaged? I haven't broken the TOS I was well within all the limits, I check them every day. I had over half of my monthly bandwidth remaining.
