I also would add in to stick to as few projects as possible. I think to much is wasted with future ideas or distractions. Getting a new idea and buying a domain for it and such. Maybe working on it a little bit and then getting another idea and doing the same. This plus staying focused is probably my biggest downfall. I get bored so incredibly easy, so I like having things to switch back and forth from. That works in small doses, but I have a tendency to stretch it out far too wide.
