Anyone know of any affordable WP themes?

I dont really mind if its "custom" or if its already being used by many others. That might perhaps make it a lot more affordable.

I wouldnt even mind if someone allowed me to use an already made teen WP theme. I would leave the designers sig. on the bottom.
