Substitute the "mars" in both entries with "grape" - so they appear as the following:
ns1.grape.hosthead.com / ns2.grape.hosthead.com respectively.
If this is not something you can do, contact your webhost and ask them to do it / look into the situation further.
I'm not a DNS expert, so there could be a valid reason why it's setup that way, but from my experience, it looks broken and should be changed.

Hey there, just got a mail from hosthead tech support that figured out the same thing and resolved it.

So now it worls even for my croatian buddys
