PR is Page Rank, but the PR doesn't tell you what page you will appear in the search engines. It's a ranking system that goes from 1-10 and all it tells you is how "important" your page is. The lower the number, the more important your page is. It's just one of numerous factors that determine where you actually appear in the search results.
A hard link is a text/banner link that always appears on a site. It to doesn't change location or rotate with other text/banners.
The reason you don't appear in your search for "bit titty porn" is because that's a more generic search term than "chuckys big titty porn world". The more generic the search term (Keyword), the more competition.
If you're not coming up 1st in the SERP (search engine results page) for the actual name of your site, especially if the name is the same as your domain, you definitely have a problem.
