No one changed their picks. If you miss the early game (or games) you forfeit those games and those points, but you can still get your picks in for the regular Sunday games and MNF, but you must send your picks via email to the admin BEFORE THE START OF SUNDAY'S GAMES. That option has always been in place. Again, no one's picks are ever altered after the games begin.

To state it a different way so there's less confusion, if you miss the early game deadline you lose out on that game, but you can still get your picks in for the week by submitting them to the admin email
before the start of Sunday's first games. Your picks for Sunday and Monday will be entered along with random weights assigned, and a random weight attributed to the losing team for the games already played.
Once games have started that's it, unless I received your email containing your picks before the deadline.
No one's picks have ever been "altered" or "changed" in any way after a deadline, period.
I hope this clears up any misconceptions but if there's still questions post them here.
