Can someone tell me wtf happened to The Sinulator?

the angles you can work with that thing is potential gold, especially in this "2.0 / social networking" environment. yet i've emailed them like 3-5 times and never heard a peep back. anyone know where they are? do they still hold that patent? are they doing anything??
