GPS: Similar ratios to mine...has your free to paid ratio dropped since you first starting pushing them? Mine has greatly. (read on if you'd like)

The problem here is not the uLust doesn't convert...they do. They just don't convert well enough to give me a decent ROI. At first (about a month ago) I was seeing conversions of 1:4 on click to free join and 1:3 on free join to paid (or vice versa, not certain) Needless to say they were making me some money.
Now, however, I am seeing an overall ratio of about 1:6 click to free join and 1:30-35 free join to paid. Nothing has changed as far as the link text I am sending surfers through or anything like that. I really don't know what the problem is...it leads me to think something has changed, soo...
JMan &/or Jay: Have you guys changed anything between the free join and paying membership that may have caused this recent drop in free join to paid ratios? I mean, have the pages attempting to convert the surfer to a paying member been altered in any way or have they remained the same since program launch?
