Had a meeting with a top CZ agent last week and she more or less asked me what I would pay the girls. I'm telling them that unless they are very special and I can get magazine sales out of her the pay rates are similar yours. Except anal is that a day, if she does not like anal she should not do it. In fact if she does not like doing any of the work she best not turn up.
There's another plus from the slowdown. I also told her that no one is buying the fake moaning and groaning these girls are doing. So they put in a real and full blooded performance or they don't stay, in fact they don't need to turn up. She agreed that many people prefer the real amateur stuff to what we were producing and we made sense to stipulate good performances.
And this is what will bring down these agents plans. The guy with the money is in charge, the guy with the girls is not. Unless the girl is so special she's the 1 in 100. And then Wicked or someone like them will sign her.
