I emailed them 3 times too. No reply. I guess they don't want my business.
I did get an ICQ from some guy claiming he was their support, but he couldn't tell me jack shit, just kept saying he forwarded the email to the boss and it's going to take weeks?? for a reply because it's not something they can answer that quick. WTF?
