i always watch tv shows when working online but i usually end up downloading them and i have found a few gems

first if you havent watched heroes, or 24 then you're missing out big time. 24 is amazing but it might get a little cheesy by the 6th season, but is still extremely enjoyable

heroes has the greatest story line and is definitely a must watch

next i would say Chuck, which i think was a marketing disaster because when i first seen the dude advertising it i thought it would be a chick flick but after watching the first episode i realized it was anything but a chick flick. Chuck is a secret agent and at the same time works at a computer store, amazing show with an awesome plot.

With only a few episodes out there is also: Crusoe which is the story of Robinson Crusoe who gets ship wrecked and befriends a black man named Friday and their adventures together, awesome show with a tried and tested story of ship wreck and the struggle to get back home

Another great one is Merlin which is a BBC program but you should be able to find it somewhere online if you haven't caught the last few episodes which is about the wizard Merlin in King Arthur's time while he still is a kid and working as the aid of an unsuspecting Arthur (unsuspecting of his magic)

30 Rock if you like to laugh, Tracy Morgan is one funny fucker and Tina Fey is kind of sexy in a cute, feel sorry for her kind of way

Those are all awesome shows, have fun!!
