1. Pay Per Impression program pays out bi-weekly.
2. Webmaster expressly agrees not to modify SexTracker MoneyTree's code during or after his/her affiliation with SexTracker MoneyTree without the express written permission of SexTracker MoneyTree. Any unauthorized modifications will result in immediate termination of webmaster's account and SexTracker MoneyTree will be entitled to any damages and/or relief available under all applicable laws.
3. Upon termination of affiliation with SexTracker MoneyTree, webmaster agrees that he/she will destroy the code and any copies thereof immediately, which SexTracker MoneyTree has the right to inspect.

Webmaster agrees to maintain a 1% Click Thru Rate ("CTR"). If Webmaster's CTR is well below average, Moneytree has the right to disable the account.
5.
SexTracker MoneyTree reserves the exclusive right to change the payout rate without notice.
1% CTR sounds very high to me.
